Job Title: SAP Data Migration Project Manager
Location: Remote, Los Angeles, CA
Travel: Up to 10 percent travel to Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP data migration projects from planning through successful implementation
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate data migration activities across SAP, business, functional, and technical teams
Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and loading activities
Oversee migration workstreams and ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy
Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define migration requirements and priorities
Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests and drive timely resolution
Manage project status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates
Support data migration testing, mock conversions, cutover planning, and go live activities
Ensure project deliverables meet established timelines, quality standards, and business requirements
Required Qualifications
8 plus years of experience in IT Project or Program Management
Strong experience managing SAP Data Migration projects
Experience with SAP data migration methodologies, processes, and tools
Strong understanding of data cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and conversion
Experience coordinating cross functional SAP and business teams
Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder management
Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills
Experience with SAP S4HANA migration is highly preferred
Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services BODS, or similar migration tools is a plus
Preferred Experience
SAP ECC to S4HANA migration experience
Experience with large scale enterprise data migration programs
Experience managing multiple migration cycles and mock conversions
Experience with cutover and go live planning
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
