We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC equipment, inspect finished parts, and support consistent production in a clean, safety-focused shop.

Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including Mazak equipment, to produce precision components.
- Read blueprints and detailed part drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements.
- Set up and calibrate tooling, fixtures, and machine accessories.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and perform basic operator maintenance.
- Follow established manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Maintain clean, organized machines and work areas.
- Participate in technical training and safety meetings.
Requirements
- Previous CNC machining experience with strong setup and operation skills
- Experience with Mazak CNC equipment preferred
- Familiarity with Mastercam preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret detailed part drawings
- Experience machining complex part geometries
- Proficiency with calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Strong basic math and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of routine machine maintenance
- Working knowledge of GD&T preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- 10+ years of CNC machining experience preferred, but not required
