Job Summary Oracle Fusion Technical Solutions Architect (EPM)
- Long-term contract (6-12+ months) with local, final face-to-face interview required.
- Serve as technical lead for configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM, HCM).
- Evaluate quarterly Oracle releases, assess impacts, coordinate and lead end-to-end testing with business and IT teams.
- Design and implement custom security roles, workflows, and best practices for administration, security, and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Fusion applications and integrations.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for integrations and custom applications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system requirements, configurations, and processes.
- Mentor and train technical team members supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Coordinate with IT, Oracle, and third-party vendors for system maintenance, refreshes, and outages.
- May manage OCI configurations, SSO, data encryption, SSL certificates, and related technical tasks.
- Requires 10+ years of ERP administration, 5+ years as Solutions Architect with Oracle Fusion Cloud, and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion configurations, integrations, and security.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills expected.
