Role: Graphic Designer / Production Artist
Location: Addison, TX Hybrid (In Office Monday–Thursday | Remote Friday)
Pay Rate: $20-22/hour
Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Production Artist to support the Marketing Production team. In this role, you will partner with an Art Director to develop and produce high-quality print, digital, web, and social media marketing materials while ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards, file specifications, and project deadlines.

This position is ideal for someone with strong production design skills who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and can successfully manage multiple projects from concept through final production.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Production team and Art Director to create print, digital, web, and social media marketing assets.
• Manage projects from initial file setup through revisions and final mechanical preparation.
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards, quality expectations, and technical file specifications.
• Develop new marketing materials for the U.S. market.
• Update and maintain existing marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current branding.
• Assemble creative assets into presentation documents and marketing toolkits.
• Manage toolkit delivery and organization within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Perform production work related to product packaging and marketing collateral.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders throughout the production process.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design or production artist experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience with print, digital, web, and social media design.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
• Experience working in a Macintosh (Mac) environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Experience with workflow management or routing systems.
• Previous experience supporting marketing production teams.
• Product packaging production experience.
