  • Build strong relationships with customers, Google internal teams, implementation partners, and globally distributed delivery organizations.
  • Lead stakeholder discussions and negotiations to resolve conflicts, manage expectations, and maintain project alignment.
  • Ensure appropriate project documentation and operational hygiene across CRM, project management, financial, and planning platforms.
  • Manage project completion activities, including final deliverables, financial reconciliation, documentation, customer acceptance, lessons learned, and retrospectives.
  • Apply appropriate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology partners, vendors, and/or global delivery centers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and international customers.
  • Strong experience coordinating internal technical teams and external partners to deliver complex technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to organize and lead project kickoff meetings, including agenda development, stakeholder coordination, presentations, and follow-up activities.
