Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps / MLOps Engineer to lead security, compliance, and governance initiatives across AI/ML platforms. This role focuses on embedding security best practices into CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, and machine learning workflows to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant model development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and enhance DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for AI/ML workloads
Secure Kubernetes (AKS) environments, including RBAC, network policies, and secrets management
Integrate security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance checks into deployment pipelines
Collaborate with Data Science, Platform Engineering, and Security teams to enforce secure MLOps practices
Establish and maintain governance standards for data, models, and platform access (e.g., least privilege, auditability)

Required Skills

Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices
Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (AKS) security and Azure cloud security controls
Experience securing AI/ML platforms (Azure ML, Databricks)
Solid understanding of identity & access management (IAM), networking, and vulnerability management

Nice to Have

Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
Knowledge of policy-as-code frameworks
Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and cloud security tools
Experience with secrets management solutions (e.g., Azure Key Vault)
Understanding of compliance frameworks and governance models
