Our client is seeking Operations Lead to own and grow relationships between distribution partners (agents, agencies) and managing carriers within a fast-growing travel Insurtech organization.
This role is accountable for executing & continuously improving a scalable external partner operating model across onboarding, documentation handoffs, communications, escalations, and feedback loops—so partner work is consistent, fast, and not dependent on individual people.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is proactive, decisive, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple stakeholder relationships.

· Strong stakeholder management; able to influence without authority internally and externally.
· Sound judgment: able to summarize risks, tradeoffs, and decisions when escalating is needed.
· Ownership mindset and bias for action; comfortable operating under ambiguity and iterating toward scalable processes.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks and competing priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
· Highly organized professionals with strong workflow management skills, capable of executing assignments efficiently and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Required qualifications:
· 4–6 years of professional experience in operations, account management, partnerships, implementation operations, or similar cross-functional roles involving external partners.
· Experience working with agents, carriers, or other regulated partners (insurance or Insurtech environment preferred).
· Proven exposure to structured onboarding processes, partner lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong execution mindset with ability to work independently.
· Proactive, solution-oriented, and relationship-driven approach.
· Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA.
· 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Technical & Systems Proficiency:
· Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot (or similar systems) for tracking communications, KPIs, and partner activity.
· Experience building dashboards, tracking performance metrics, and driving process improvements based on data.
Preferred qualifications:
· Insurance/Insurtech experience strongly preferred, active insurance license a plus.
