Title : Project Manager (Airport Airline Onboarding)

Job Description:
Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+
· Lead and manage IT workstreams for airline onboarding into the new airport terminal.
· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
· Coordinate with airport authorities, airline IT teams, and internal stakeholders.
· Act as the primary IT point of contact for airlines and external vendors.
· Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and technical workshops.
· Oversee integration of airport IT systems such as CUPPS, CUSS, DCS, BHS, and network infrastructure.
· Ensure readiness of IT infrastructure including cabling, network, telecom, and workstations.
· Manage testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, and operational trials.
· Support ORAT (Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer) activities before go-live.
· Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers for timely delivery.
· Monitor project budget, resource allocation, and procurement activities.
· Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to stakeholders.
Must Skills:
· IT Project Management
· CUPPS, CUSS, Airline DCS, BHS interfaces, FIDS, BRS, and AODB.
· multi-vendor environments and third-party integrations
· coordinating with airline stakeholders, airport authorities, and operational teams
· budget management, procurement tracking, and resource planning.
