Job Description
We are seeking a Level 7 - Cram Design/Developer to join our team supporting the US Health & Public Service portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cram development, system maintenance, and unit testing and a proven ability to design, build, test, and implement solutions within the Cram framework for Medicaid Managed Care initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support full delivery of the client, including design, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
- Guide the technical direction of the team and conduct code peer reviews.
- Serve as a technical advisor on functional direction to confirm feasibility within the Cram framework.
- Perform system maintenance and ensure solution quality through unit testing and defect resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in IBM Cram development within health and human services domains.
- Experience with system maintenance, unit testing, and peer code reviews.
- Ability to assess functional requirements and validate designs for implementation within the Cram framework.
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Medicaid Managed Care or public sector health programs.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
