Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain automated UI tests and scalable test automation frameworks.
- Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, troubleshoot, and track defects through resolution.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD processes and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
|
Experience
|
6–9 years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, test automation, UI testing, and automation framework development.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, UI Testing, Test Automation, API Testing, Integration Testing, CI/CD, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Agile/Scrum
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Experience supporting retail and e-commerce technology environments, including customer-facing web applications and digital commerce platforms.
- Experience testing front-end applications and digital user experiences within large-scale retail environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale retail technology initiatives involving cross-functional development, product, and quality engineering teams.

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|

- Experience working collaboratively in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
