BI / MicroStrategy Developer

Position: BI Developer - MicroStrategy
Location: Remote ( East Coast Preferred )

Employment: Full-Time

Purpose of the Position: Purpose of this role is manage and deliver BI development project(s) for our client. The ideal candidate would have strong expertise in MicroStrategy and working knowledge of Incorta, along with leadership skills to guide and team and ensure successful delivery.

Key Result Areas and Activities:
BI Development leadership:
Own BI development projects end-to-end ensuring timely delivery and quality. Act as primary liaison between client stakeholders and team.
Technical Oversight:
Responsible for designing BI solutions and troubleshooting any issues which occur in MSTR. Provide guidance on Strategy and Incorta dashboards and reporting, with Incorta as primary platform in long term.
Client Engagement:
Conduct requirement gathering session and translate business needs into technical specifications. Present progress updates and manage expectations.
Governance & Quality:
Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices. Perform code reviews and optimize BI performance. Act as a primary liaison between QA team and stakeholders to ensure we meet the overall quality standards of the developed deliverables.
Essential Skills:
Strong experience in Strategy (data modelling, dashboards and performance tuning).
Expertise in SQL and Data modelling concepts.
Experience and BI project delivery and stakeholder management.
Exposure to data ware housing and analytics frameworks.
Work in an onshore offshore delivery model and strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
Desirable Skills:
Basic Understanding of AI technologies & LLMs.
Basic knowledge of ETL tools & pipelines.
Familiarity with Python, AI/ML frameworks and pipelines.
Media Domain Understanding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master s degree is a plus).
Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods.
At least 5+ years of experience in data analytics with focus on Strategy.
