Enterprise Cyber Security Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an Enterprise Cyber Security Solution Architect.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Cyber Security Solution Architect to lead the design, maturity, and governance of enterprise-wide security solutions that protect critical systems, data, and infrastructure for a Kforce client. This role serves as a strategic technical authority, defining future-state architectures, security standards, and multi-year roadmaps, while partnering with engineering teams and service providers to ensure effective execution and ongoing operations.
The Solution Architect provides leadership across core cybersecurity domains including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Application Security, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). This is a highly strategic role focused on architecture, integration, and governance rather than hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain enterprise security architecture, standards, and roadmaps aligned with Zero Trust principles and least privilege access
* Lead architectural strategy for IAM/IGA solutions, including modern authentication, identity lifecycle management, and role-based access
* Serve as design authority for PAM capabilities, driving secure access controls and reducing excessive privileges across environments
* Architect and govern DLP solutions to protect sensitive data across endpoints, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
* Establish secure application design patterns and integrate security into the software development lifecycle
* Provide oversight of PKI and certificate lifecycle management strategies
* Partner with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements
* Act as a trusted advisor in security architecture reviews and enterprise risk discussion

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.) preferred or ability to obtain
* 8+ years of cybersecurity or IT experience with strong enterprise architecture exposure
* Deep expertise across IAM, PAM, DLP, and application security domains
* Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO) and modern security technologies
* Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and documentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
