Reporting to the Plant Engineering/Facilities Manager at our Indianapolis, Indiana bakery plant, you will plan and schedule facilities, utilities, and maintenance activities, including coordination of preventive, planned, and unplanned work. You will primarily support facilities and utilities operations with the majority of your focus, while also providing limited support to production and maintenance activities. You will ensure work is properly planned, scheduled, and executed in alignment with plant operations, with a strong focus on Process Safety Management compliance, contractor coordination, and system discipline. You will serve as a key interface between Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and external service providers.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
? Plan and schedule facilities, utilities, and maintenance work to support reliable plant operations
? Lead daily Facilities Daily Direction Setting meetings and support alignment with maintenance and operations teams
? Process, review, and prioritize work orders and determine the appropriate execution strategy
? Ensure all work is fully planned, including safety considerations, materials, labor, tools, and timing
? Coordinate external contractor execution and align work with operational schedules
? Verify completion, accuracy, and documentation of all work orders, including contractor-performed work
? Ensure execution, documentation, and tracking of Process Safety Management and mechanical integrity preventive maintenance activities
? Maintain effective communication across Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance, Production, and external partners
? Support continuous improvement of planning, scheduling, and work execution processes
? Track, analyze, and report key planning and scheduling performance metrics
? Provide supervisory coverage during absences, including off-shift and weekend coverage as needed
? Track technician labor hours and work alignment to support accuracy and accountability
? Maintain functional location structures and equipment records within the Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing Plant Maintenance module
Ingredients Required for Your Success
? High school diploma required; technical two-year or four-year degree preferred
? One plus years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment
? Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system, preferably SAP including Microsoft Office software.
? Technical background or familiarity with utilities systems, including refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, boilers, compressed air, and water systems
? Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment and replacement parts
? Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
? Proven collaboration skills with the flexibility to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee?s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees? equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
