Summary

Looking for Architect / Project Managers / Business Analyst / Change Management Lead / ETL / Data Analyst / Scientist to be part of theteam:

Support SPU in evaluating, selecting, and planning implementation of a modern cloud-based data platform to serve as the foundation for enterprise analytics capabilities.
Services include:
• Discovery and requirements analysis for data platform needs
• Evaluation of cloud data platforms (AWS, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, or others)
• Total cost of ownership analysis including licensing, infrastructure, staffing, and migration
• Platform capability assessment for data integration, governance, analytics, and scalability
• Risk assessment and mitigation strategy development
• Platform recommendation with implementation roadmap
• Vendor demonstration coordination and proof-of-concept support
• Knowledge transfer and documentation
