RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Scrum Master in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Servant leader and coach for the Agile team
* Manages day-to-day activities of the Scrum team
* Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning activities
* Partners with the Product Owner on backlog refinement, epic criteria, and sprint goals
* Coordinates user story creation, estimation, capacity, and velocity
* Defines and enforces team-level Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
* Aligns priorities during standups and refinement sessions
* Manages defect and operational ticket triage for the team
* Removes impediments and manages dependencies
* Supports sprint demos and communicates metrics to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Agile training and technical education preferred; SAFe (or equivalent) certification a plus
* 2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Manager, or Product Engineer with exposure to scaled agile frameworks
* Strong hands-on experience with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne
* Background in agile delivery, project management, engineering, or product management
* Experience with PI Planning and Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
* Ability to work cross-functionally and identify gaps, drive improvements, and recommend solutions
* Active engagement in the Agile community
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
