Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to develop competitive proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align budgets with project execution.
- Maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure reliable pricing.
- Identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and ensure all estimates reflect high standards of quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of estimating experience in construction preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
