You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact new features and product launches for our services, including the App Store, Arcade, Apple Music, TV+, News+, Fitness+, iTunes Stores, Books, Podcasts and more.

The Senior Engineering Program Manager will maintain the current-year roadmap and play an active part in prioritizing projects and improvements that keep Business, Product, Engineering, and QA organizations aligned and moving in the same direction. You will be expected to deliver projects on time and within scope, taking ownership of critical aspects of each initiative - including scope definition, design, resource allocation, and technical dependencies - while acting as a bridge between engineering and product teams. You are comfortable developing AI tools to dramatically scale the impact of the role, enhancing planning, improving workflow efficiency, and surfacing insights that keep projects on track.

Strong Generative AI skills. Proficiency in adopting project management and collaboration tools.\nBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field.\nEither 5+ years in program/project management or 5+ years in consulting\nDemonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and assistants to accelerate development, improve decision-making, and enhance the quality and efficiency of your work.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences - from working teams to executive leadership\nOwn and drive multiple large scale, sophisticated projects and make a difference in the projects you drive.\nNaturally accountable and responsible, fostering trust and building authentic relationships.\nHighly self-directed and motivated - able to operate with minimal guidance in ambiguous environments\nStrong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings).\nStrong technical proficiency, fierce attention to details, relentless at follow up and demanding of quality.

MS/MBA or equivalent work experience in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Science\nExperience shipping software for Apple platforms\nComfort reading and writing structured data (JSON, SQL)
