Job DetailsRequirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar, in good standing
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate finance transactions
- Demonstrated experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine financing matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including loan documents and ancillary agreements
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
