Job Details

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New York State Bar, in good standing
  • 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate finance transactions
  • Demonstrated experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine financing matters
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including loan documents and ancillary agreements
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive work ethic
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
