Job title: QA/Test Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite, Only Locals)
Duration: 6-12 Month
Experience: 12 + years
7 Required Experience in Oversee user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, security, and data conversion testing
7 Required Experience to Manage, perform, monitor, and report on test activities on modern technology platforms
7 Required Experience to Review, update and create test strategy, suites, and cases
7 Required Experience in Document and report test results, data conversion and integration issues/concerns, and problem incident reports (PIRs)/defects statusts (PIRs)/defect status
7 Required Experience to Provide training and mentoring of testing team members
7 Required Experience to Coordinate scheduling of testing staff, test activities, and meetings
7 Required Experience with test tools such as Jira, TestSavvy, JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, SQL, etc.
7 Required Experience and understanding of the full software life cycle with specific emphasis on the testing discipline. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
7 Required Experience Excellent leadership, communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
4 Required Experience with Performance monitoring tools such as JProfiler, JMeter, etc.
4 Preferred Experience with Salesforce
4 Preferred Experience working directly with a Texas state agency as an employee or contractor in a QA Test Manager role
4 Preferred Experience as a team leader or project manager.
