Python Developer - AI/ML & Generative AI
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Arrangement: Day 1 Onsite; minimum 3 days onsite per week

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI to join our technology team in Phoenix, AZ.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional Python development experience and hands-on experience designing, developing, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML solutions. Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and cloud-based AI platforms is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to develop scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions.

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of professional experience developing applications using Python.
* Strong programming, software engineering, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
* Hands-on experience with AI/ML model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
* Experience with Python libraries/frameworks such as:
* NumPy * Pandas * Scikit-learn * TensorFlow * PyTorch
* Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
* Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agent frameworks.
* Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and database technologies.
* Experience with cloud-based AI platforms or services.
* Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, CI/CD, and production support.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure AI, Google Cloud Platform/Lumi, or other cloud AI platforms
• Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, and Vector Databases
• NLP, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and RAG
• LLM / Generative AI application development
• MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
* Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
* Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
* Develop applications using LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
* Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and microservices.
* Build and maintain REST APIs and cloud-based services.
* Implement and support MLOps and CI/CD practices.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Troubleshoot and optimize application and model performance.
* Follow software development, testing, documentation, security, and deployment best practices

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
