Role: - Sr. Kronos Consultant
Location: - Washington -DC(Hybrid)
Duration: - Long term contract

Provide production support activities through planned releases, break-fix resolution, and emergency situations.
Be a configuration resource in one or more of the UKG applications, based on business requirements.
Assist business, functional, and technical team members with problem resolution.
Write functional specifications; works closely with technical resources to coordinate development and testing of system changes
Maintain documentation in knowledge repository.
Support several business processes of various complexities.
Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advises on options.
Provide factual content to feasibility study for development projects and enhancements requests.
Develop, write, and communicate business requirements for the implementation of business solutions.
Procure technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
Assist in the development of user test cases and validates test results during user acceptance testing.
Assist in the development of user manuals and may assist in user training.
Investigate, resolve, and escalate problems.
Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote an understanding of IT roles, processes, and activities to the business units.
Support and participate in the formal reporting of project status.
Mentor other team members.
