 Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with customers and developers across the globe. You will coordinate projects with customers, refining requirements and guaranteeing successful delivery. You must also be open to travel to customer locations to work in person and ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions.

 Job Responsibilities

·        Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.

·        Develop code including proof of concept interfaces and demos to build alignment and direct development.

·        Advocate best practices across coding, systems design, project management, and interface design.

·        Act as the main point of contact between internal technical teams and external customer stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress.

·        Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to ensure the alignment of project goals and milestones.

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and that projects are progressing as planned.

·        Work closely with offshore development centers and other relevant vendors based on project needs, managing collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.

·        Travel to customer sites as needed to work directly with stakeholders and ensure that the project meets their expectations and objectives.

·        Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

·        Report on project progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide regular updates to internal leadership.

 Required Experience:

·        Minimum 7+ years of experience in full-stack development

·        Minimum 3+ years of experience integrating AI solutions

·        Comfort and experience building web experiences from scratch.

·        Proven experience delivering AI-related projects, preferably in the technology or AI industry.

·        Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and how they can be applied to business solutions.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, technical teams, offshore centers, and vendors.

·        Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

·        Ability to travel to customer locations to work in person with stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery.

·        Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively.

·        A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

 Technical Skills Required:

·        Highly proficient in using MS Office products.

·        Python (FastAPI, Pytorch, Tensorflow, langgraph)

·        Typescript (Node, React, Angular, etc)

·        Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform

·        Jira for sprint management

·        Personality and passion for solutions design, project management, and customer relationships

·        Patience to learn and understand market conditions, sales cycles, and implementation challenges

·        Consultative approach during internal and external discussions to drive favorable outcomes

·        Excellent written and verbal communications

·        Ability to work effectively with offshore teams – have necessary patience and understanding of cultural differences.
