Overview
We are seeking a skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide high-quality support from a remote environment. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of computer systems and software.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Document all customer interactions and solutions in the support system
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and updates
Assist with system setup, configuration, and user onboarding
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or IT support roles
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, VPNs)
Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
