Summary

Dynamics CRM / Cloud Integrations

Client: Vanguard
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $55/hour on W2 (flexible for exceptionally qualified candidates)
Contract Duration: 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension up to 12 months

 

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions, or transferable experience with other enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

  • Strong experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.

  • Practical experience with AWS cloud services, cloud-based application development, and enterprise integrations.

  • Experience building automation solutions, custom pipelines, and integration workflows.

  • Proficiency with GitHub, source control, CI/CD, and modern engineering best practices.

  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, and production support skills.

  • Experience with solution design, technical decision-making, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.

  • Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and delegate technical tasks without direct people-management responsibilities.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and competing priorities.
