Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise application team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. You will partner closely with business analysts, product owners, and technical leads to translate business requirements into scalable, robust, and maintainable technical designs within the Salesforce platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Custom Development: Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages.

  • Integrations: Design and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or custom webhooks), and external data synchronization between Salesforce and enterprise ERP, database, or third-party systems.

  • Declarative Configuration: Leverage Salesforce declarative features (Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Metadata, Approval Processes) to complement custom code while adhering to platform best practices.

  • System Architecture & Data Modeling: Create and optimize custom objects, fields, relationships, record types, permission sets, and data governance policies.

  • Code Quality & Testing: Write unit test classes maintaining high code coverage (85%+ target) and adhere to Salesforce development patterns, governor limits, and security protocols.

  • Release & Lifecycle Management: Manage automated deployments, code promotions, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Copado, or Jenkins across sandbox and production environments.

  • Stakeholder Support & Governance: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, perform code reviews for team members, assist in technical documentation (BRDs, technical designs), and support production defect resolution.
