**Core Requirements:**
1. A minimum of a decade of relevant experience in roles centered around Analytics and Strategy.
2. Demonstrated high-level business intuition and the capability for strategic thought coupled with a practical operational approach.
3. Independent initiator and proactive contributor, reliable in delivery, and demonstrates energetic collaboration within a team.
4. A history of partnership with diverse business teams, providing data-driven insights and well-founded recommendations.
5. Ability to lead and impart influence in scenarios lacking direct authority.
6. Superior communication prowess; adept at transforming advanced analysis into simple, engaging stories. Prior experience in client-oriented or dynamic analytical roles preferred.
7. Mastery in data handling and analysis tools such as SQL, R or Python, and proficiency in data presentation software like Tableau.
8. Practical exposure to Applied Statistical methods and Machine Learning algorithms.
9. Undergraduate degree in quantitative fields such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Applied Social Sciences.
**Desirable Expertise:**
1. 15+ years of prior experience in the realm of Analytics and Strategy with a strong preference for involvement in the payments/fintech industry.
2. Demonstrated capability in interpreting complex, ambiguous issues and structuring analytical problem-solving approaches that lead to clear action-driven outcomes.
3. Proven success in leading significant strategic company initiatives or transformational analytics endeavors.
