Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction(Semiconductors)

As a Senior Project Manager Data Center Design and Construction, you will oversee complex design/build, construction management, and constructonly projects from initial assignment through completion.

• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in project management
• Strong background in data center design and construction, or missioncritical environments (ie. Semiconductors)
• Expertise in managing budgets, schedules, materials, subcontractors, and project teams
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, engineering concepts, building systems, and technology
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and compliance
• Outstanding communication, leadership, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time
• Strong alignment with organizational values such as teamwork, excellence, service, and integrity
