Role: Product Manager / Product Owner – Customer Success & Call Center

Location:Dallas, TX - Hybrid

Job description
  1. Own the Post-Sales Product Strategy
    • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Customer Success, Contact Center, Case Management, and Service Operations platforms.
  2. Partner with Business Stakeholders
    • Collaborate with Customer Success, Customer Support, Operations, Sales, and IT leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into product initiatives.
  3. Manage Product Backlog and Prioritization
    • Develop, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and enhancement requests based on business value, customer impact, and strategic goals.
  4. Optimize Customer Service Processes
    • Analyze and improve customer support workflows, including case management, issue resolution, escalation management, self-service, and omnichannel support.
  5. Lead Call Center Transformation Initiatives
    • Drive improvements in call center operations, agent productivity, customer experience, workforce management, and service-level performance.
