Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Oracle Unifier Implementation Consultant to join our team and support Oracle Unifier deployments for our clients. In this role, you will work alongside senior consultants to help configure Unifier modules, build and test workflows, support data setup and integrations, and assist with training and documentation to ensure successful user adoption. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their Unifier career who is eager to learn implementation best practices, project controls fundamentals, and client-facing consulting skills.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel for client meetings, workshops, and conferences.
For this position, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and maintain U.S. residency throughout the contract due to operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Support and Configuration:
Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Unifier under guidance from senior consultants.
Assist with setting up Unifier structures such as shells, user groups, permissions, data elements, and business processes.
Help configure workflows, forms, validations, and routing to align with defined client requirements.
Participate in solution testing (unit testing/UAT support), documenting results and assisting with issue resolution.
Support data migration and data cleanup activities (imports, templates, data validation).
Business Process and Requirements Support:
Participate in requirements gathering sessions by taking notes, organizing requirements, and confirming process details with stakeholders.
Assist in translating business needs into configuration tasks and build checklists.
Help document business processes, configurations, and “to-be” workflows for client review and approval.
Reporting and Analytics:
Assist with building and maintaining Unifier reports, queries, and basic dashboards to support project controls visibility.
Validate reporting outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with KPI definitions.
Help develop report documentation and “how-to” guides for end users.
Training and Client Support:
Assist in creating training materials (job aids, quick reference guides, slide decks) and supporting training sessions.
Provide day-to-day support during deployments (triage questions, reproduce issues, document defects, coordinate fixes).
Maintain strong client communication hygiene: clear updates, organized notes, and timely follow-through.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current on Oracle Unifier features and best practices through internal training and self-study.
Contribute to internal standards, templates, and repeatable implementation assets (checklists, documentation, configuration libraries).
Identify opportunities to improve internal delivery processes and client adoption outcomes.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience supporting software implementations, configuration, or business process documentation (Oracle Unifier experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate).
Interest in project controls, capital projects, or construction/engineering project delivery.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with enterprise software configuration concepts (workflows, permissions, forms, data elements).
Strong attention to detail in data setup, validation, and documentation.
Comfort working with Excel/CSV files for imports, templates, and data checks.
Consulting/Professional Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and take coaching; able to follow structured build/test processes.
Strong organizational skills (task tracking, meeting notes, action items).
Professional, client-ready presence and responsiveness.
Preferred

Experience in construction/engineering, utilities, public sector, or capital projects.
Familiarity with other Oracle Primavera tools (P6, OPC) or general project management systems.
Certifications or coursework in project management, business analysis, or related fields.
