Marketing Communications Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Communications Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping marketing communications that support sales teams and global brand initiatives with creativity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Craft and manage engaging sales support materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategies
• Coordinate advertising content across digital, print, and event-related channels
• Collaborate on the staging of tradeshow and industry event marketing efforts
• Ensure all messaging is consistent with brand standards and meets legal/regulatory requirements
• Handle content development workflows, from inception through to reviews and approvals

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in crafting sales and advertising materials and coordinating event logistics
• Exceptional project management capabilities to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
• Strong written and verbal communication prowess with keen attention to detail
• Ability to effectively cooperate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global hospitality brands and contract management groups
• Familiarity with brand standards adaptation across different markets
• Comfort in rapidly paced environments where speed is balanced with quality
• Background in managing budgets for marketing endeavors and promotional content
