Technical Architect Emerging Technologies

Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Architect specializing in Emerging Technologies to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions. This role focuses on translating business requirements into technical architectures, leading cross-functional teams, and driving innovation across digital and self-service platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and document end-to-end system architecture across emerging technologies, including both hardware and software components. Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions. Lead cross-functional teams from requirement gathering through solution design and delivery. Define architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security requirements. Coordinate system integration, including subsystems and enterprise platforms. Provide expertise in digital and self-service channel architectures, including eCommerce and customer interaction platforms. Research and recommend new technologies to enhance system capabilities and performance. Act as a subject matter expert within the domain and provide guidance to technical teams. Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Develop innovative approaches and methodologies for emerging technology initiatives. Lead multiple projects and ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience architecting end-to-end enterprise solutions for digital or self-service platforms. Strong experience leading cross-functional teams from requirement grooming through solution delivery. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and related tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Edge Network, and Customer Journey Analytics. Experience with customer ordering and eCommerce platforms, including catalog, pricing, cart, checkout, and order processing. Strong understanding of system architecture principles across software, internet, and enterprise technologies. Ability to design integrated solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in telecommunications domain. Experience with personalization and customer journey management platforms. Exposure to emerging technologies and innovation-driven solution design. Education: Bachelors Degree
