Role: Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant
Key Responsibilities & Skills
* Strong experience with Oracle EPM EPBCS Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) Modules.
* Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementations, covering the complete project lifecycle (implementation experience is mandatory; support/enhancement-only experience will not be considered).
* Hands-on experience with Data Integration, including direct integration from Oracle GL to EPBCS Financials and Oracle HCM to EPBCS Workforce.
* Strong functional knowledge of OPEX calculations, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Workforce Planning, including Headcount, Merit, and Salary Planning.
* Good understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, and Financial Planning processes.
* Ability to independently manage project delivery with minimal supervision.
* Hands-on experience in developing Business Rules, Member Formulas, and process automation using batch scripts.
* Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and project teams.
* Comfortable supporting pre-sales activities, including preparing and delivering presentations on the latest Oracle EPM features and positioning Oracle EPM against competing solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and present to CXO-level executives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
* 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM modules.
Good to Have:
* Experience with other Oracle EPM modules.
