We are looking for Salesforce Developer - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Dallas, TX

Job Title: Salesforce Developer - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: Dallas, TX

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to support business operations and improve efficiency.
Build scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirement/Must Have:

7 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with Salesforce configuration including flows and validation rules.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST or SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks.
Implement workflows, triggers, and automation processes.
Build and maintain custom objects, fields, and relationships.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems.
Collaborate with product and compliance teams to deliver solutions.
Conduct design reviews, demos, and support user acceptance testing.
Ensure production readiness and solution quality.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Should Have:

Experience with Certinia Accounting, PSA, or OIM implementations.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.

API integration and system connectivity.
Automation and workflow design.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Communication and collaboration.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
