Immediate hire: Microsoft 365 Reporting & Power BI Consultant

The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration data, Power BI development, reporting automation, and enterprise scale tenant reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports using Microsoft 365 tenant data
• Build automated reporting solutions focused on mailbox configurations, email rules, and licensing utilization
• Develop reporting solutions to support licensing cost tracking and optimization efforts
• Create scheduled reporting processes leveraging Power Automate and Microsoft reporting tools
• Deliver self service reporting capabilities to business and affiliate stakeholders
• Aggregate and transform Microsoft 365 data across multiple affiliate organizations
• Document reporting processes, data sources, and automation workflows
• Collaborate with Microsoft 365 administrators and business stakeholders to define requirements
• Ensure reporting accuracy, scalability, and long term maintainability
• Deliver high priority reporting solutions within aggressive timelines

Required Qualifications

• Seven or more years of Power BI development experience
• Experience building enterprise reporting solutions using Microsoft 365 data sources
• Strong knowledge in the following areas
  • Power BI
  • Power Automate
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Graph API
  • Data modeling and data visualization
• Experience building automated reporting distribution and scheduling processes
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working independently within consulting engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power BI certification such as PL 300 or equivalent
• Experience building Microsoft 365 licensing dashboards or chargeback reporting
• Background in licensing analysis and cost reporting
• Knowledge of Exchange Online mailbox management and mail flow
• Experience reporting on mailbox rules, forwarding configurations, and compliance metrics
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Microsoft 365 usage analytics, and tenant administration
• Experience working across multi company or multi tenant environments
