SharePoint Architect

Mode of Interview : 2 rounds, 1^st round in teams and 2^nd round onsite

1. Architect and design scalable, secure SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions, including information architecture, taxonomy, content lifecycle, and governance frameworks.
2. Develop custom solutions using SPFx (React/TypeScript), Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Functions to deliver modern, extensible SharePoint experiences.
3. Lead Power Platform solution architecture, including Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and governance for enterprise app development.
4. Create enterprise-level integration architectures connecting SharePoint with Azure services, ERP/CRM platforms, and external APIs through Logic Apps and Graph.
5. Define modernization strategies and lead migrations from legacy SharePoint (2010 2019) to SharePoint Online using PnP, ShareGate, or Microsoft migration tools.
6. Establish tenant-wide governance, security, and compliance models, including DLP, retention, permission structures, provisioning standards, and Zero Trust alignment.
7. Optimize performance and scalability through advanced design patterns, efficient SPFx rendering, CDN strategies, monitoring, and analytics using Azure Monitor and M365 insights.
8. Develop architectural blueprints, reference models, and reusable frameworks to standardize solution delivery across teams and projects.
9. Implement DevOps/ALM pipelines for SPFx, Power Platform, and Azure components using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for automated build, test, and deploy cycles.
10. Drive adoption of modern M365 and AI capabilities such as Viva, Syntex, Copilot, advanced search, and AI-driven automation to enhance enterprise knowledge management.
