Healthcare Business Process Consultant

Vega Consulting is looking to place a Healthcare Business Process Management Consultant for a 6-month contract role. The role supports a H/C program's migration Project, focusing on cross-divisional process discovery, definition, and improvement across claims, enrollment, provider, and care management functions. The position is 100% remote.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years total; at least 4 6 years at the consulting level Background:
• Must come from a health insurance or healthcare environment;
• Must have a high-level understanding of claims systems and end-to-end processes required
• Must have a strong back ground in Process discovery, documentation, and cross-divisional facilitation (this is not a heavy data analysis role).
• Ability to work and navigate with Cross functional teams and siloed business owners, and drive enterprise-wide process maturity
• Must have experience with Process mapping tool (Any tool acceptable), proficiency in process mapping matters more than specific tool.
