Typically, a Bachelor s Degree with 3-5 years in delivering a successful end-to-end change/training programs including coordination of training, communications, engagement, and stakeholder activities

A minimum of 2 years experience in project management, business/process analysis or OCM coordination is desired.

Change management certification or designation is preferred
Strong understanding of how people go through change and the change process
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent active listening skills
