Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Operations & CRM Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 100% onsite position.

Overview:
We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment. The Marketing Operations and CRM Specialist drives multi-channel marketing campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. This role focuses on campaign execution, marketing automation, CRM administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, content, social, webinars, and events
* Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
* Support ABM initiatives and partner with sales on targeted outreach
* Coordinate projects across teams, maintaining timelines and campaign calendars
* Support sales enablement through content and campaign alignment
* Track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for ROI
* Will be owning the campaign marketing initiatives including the development of them

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree in Marketing, Business or similar field would be ideal
* At least 4-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
* Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Strong background in campaign execution, lead management, and reporting
* Experience in CRM administration and marketing automation platforms
* Experience with ABM and multi-channel marketing strategies
* Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills:
* HubSpot certifications
* Experience with lifecycle marketing, attribution, or B2B industries (technology, manufacturing, etc.)

Success Factors:
* Ownership of campaign execution and results
* Ability to leverage CRM and automation tools effectively
* Strong collaboration with sales and internal stakeholders
* Measurable impact on pipeline and growth

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
