ServiceNow Technology Architect

• Discuss and capture requirements with platform and product owners to analyze and recommend solution options.
• Perform Functional Specification Document (FSD) reviews and conduct impact assessments for platform enhancements.
• Lead governance and change control for enhancements while interfacing with enterprise and domain architects.
• Coordinate development efforts with the scrum team, ensuring best practices in Flow Designer and ServiceNow data models.
• Develop innovative solutions using Flow Designer and integrate CMDB for efficient data management.
• Lead training sessions for team members on ITSM best practices and optimize system performance via Data Sources and Integrations.

MUST HAVE skills for this role:

1- ServiceNow Experience on TSOM

2- ITOM,

3- OMT,

4- TNI modules

5- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect)

Years of experience required for each skill? 8+ Years

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• ServiceNow Migration experience
• Experience with SOMT and Integration Hub
• Advanced Certifications (CTA or CMA)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Data Models and Tables
