Role: WorkForce Software (WFS) Time Lead
Location is remote – client is in Phoenix (need resources in pst and mst)
JD
Responsibilities:
• Manage WFS offshore dev team.
• Triage/assign tasks/tickets to team.
• Track progress on development of bug fixes and new features.
• Resolve WFS Production issues as they arise.
• Perform system administrative tasks through the perspective of multiple user roles.
• Be an effective liaison between HRS team and WFS team.
Mandatory skills: WorkForce Software - Time Functional Certificate Learning Plan (TIMEFUNC)
• Understand foundational WFS terminology and system components.
• Knowledge of employee records and assignments, including effective dating and policy profiles.
• Knowledge of core timesheet concepts such as pay codes, exceptions, and time off requests.
• Knowledge of end-of-period processing steps.
• Knowledge of essential system administration tasks like configuring user roles and delegations and manage holidays, batch jobs, and reports.
• Knowledge of Policy Editor, policy structures, and best practices for configuration changes.
• Knowledge of pay codes and their associated maps, values, and sets.
• Knowledge of bank policies such as accrual, transfer, and clearing, along with managing time-off requests through pay codes and limits.
• Knowledge of the setup and customization of email notifications, including editing, distribution, and enablement.
• Knowledge of exceptions through exception codes and policies.
