Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Kofax Developer / Kofax TotalAgility Technical Lead with strong expertise in Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA), Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM), and enterprise Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable document capture and workflow automation solutions, developing integrations with enterprise systems, and providing technical leadership across onsite and offshore teams. Experience with C#/.NET, OCR technologies, AWS, and banking or insurance environments is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement enterprise-scale IDP and document capture solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA).
- Develop business processes, subprocesses, process fragments, business rules, custom forms, work queues, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and support Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) environments.
- Implement document classification, data extraction, validation, OCR/ICR, and workflow automation capabilities.
- Develop extraction solutions using format locators, advanced zone locators, script locators, and table extraction techniques.
- Configure content-based, layout-based, and script-based document classification.
- Maintain and optimize knowledge bases, validation rules, and document processing workflows.
- Develop REST API integrations and web services connecting IDP solutions with ECM platforms, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Work with SQL Server, Oracle, and AWS cloud services to support enterprise document processing solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, effort estimation, mentoring, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
- Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and client teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Kofax/Tungsten Automation technologies.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA).
- 10+ years of experience with Kofax Capture.
- 5+ years of experience with Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM).
- 8+ years of experience in C#/.NET development.
- Strong experience with Kofax Process Insight.
- Hands-on expertise in OCR/ICR configuration, document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and enterprise document processing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
- Experience in solution architecture, technical design, and enterprise application development.
- Proven experience leading onsite/offshore teams and conducting technical discussions with clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance domains.
- Tungsten/Kofax certifications.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled document processing and intelligent automation solutions.
- Familiarity with ECM platforms and enterprise content management integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
