We are looking for Oracle Financials QA Consultants supporting a large global Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.

The role is fully remote, 6-12+ months, and requires a strong combination of Oracle Cloud Financials QA/testing experience, test automation, and hands-on use of GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot within the testing workflow.

Overview

A large global nonprofit organization is implementing Oracle Cloud Financials in phases. The first release (US & Canada) is scheduled for fall 2027, followed by recurring geographic rollouts. We are seeking QA Consultants to join an established quality assurance team. The ideal consultant combines Oracle Financials business process knowledge with hands-on experience using AI tools, such as Claude, to accelerate test design and automation.

Responsibilities

• Author functional test cases and scenarios, both positive and negative, for Oracle Cloud Financials business processes based on functional and technical documentation.
• Execute manual test cycles in Oracle, documenting results and defects.
• Build and maintain automated API tests with Playwright to validate interim integration work against the current system and the new code base.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to generate test scenarios, draft test cases, and produce Playwright automation scripts.
• Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing across release cycles, including future country rollouts involving multi-currency, banking, and regulatory variations.
• Partner with the QA lead, the implementation partner, and business stakeholders to confirm functionality works as designed.

Required

• 5+ years of QA/testing experience on enterprise ERP applications.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) experience, with a working understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
• Demonstrated, real-world use of generative AI tools (Claude preferred) in testing workflows. Exposure alone is not enough.
• Experience writing automated tests, preferably with Playwright, including API testing.
• Strong test case design skills covering positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios.

Preferred

• Experience on phased or global Oracle rollouts, including multi-country regression testing.
• Familiarity with Claude integrations with Playwright, or with building AI agents and skills for QA.
• Experience working alongside a large SI (Accenture or similar) on a large-scale implementation.
• Background in multi-currency, FX, or international banking test scenarios.

Please prioritize candidates with:

• 5+ years of dedicated QA/testing experience
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials across GL/AP/AR
• Real-world GenAI use for test case/scenario generation or automation
• Playwright or comparable test automation/API testing experience
