Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in NYC is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, Paid Media to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search and app marketing campaigns. This individual will play a key role in managing campaign operations, analyzing performance data, maintaining media plans, and ensuring accurate campaign delivery across multiple channels. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that requires strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute, upload, and schedule campaigns across digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Apple Ads, YouTube, and other paid media channels
* Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, benchmarks, and pacing targets
* Analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities to improve results
* Update media plans, maintain campaign documentation, and ensure data accuracy
* Develop reports and presentations that communicate campaign performance and insights
* Generate audience targeting recommendations and support campaign strategy execution
* Collaborate with channel owners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success
* Support media planning activities for multi-channel marketing initiatives
* Manage campaign administration, troubleshooting, and ongoing performance monitoring
* Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 1-3 years of hands-on paid media experience within an agency or in-house marketing environment
* Experience supporting customer acquisition, paid search, app marketing, or digital advertising campaigns
* Strong understanding of paid media metrics, campaign pacing, budgeting, and media math
* Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
* Experience utilizing project management platforms such as Asana
* Ability to analyze campaign performance data and develop actionable optimization recommendations
* Experience updating media plans, reports, and campaign documentation
* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple stakeholders
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as:
* Google Ads
* DV360 (Display & Video 360)
* Apple Search Ads

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs), including AppsFlyer or Kochava
* Experience supporting app marketing campaigns
* Background in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising
* Entertainment or media industry experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
