RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Maximo Test Lead in Armonk, NY.

Summary:
The Maximo Testing Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all testing activities associated with Company Maximo implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and data migration initiatives. This role provides leadership for the testing workstream, ensuring solution quality, business readiness, and successful deployment of Maximo applications across functional, technical, integration, mobile, and reporting components. The position collaborates closely with business stakeholders, project management, solution architects, functional leads, developers, and third-party vendors to establish and execute a comprehensive testing strategy.

The Maximo Data Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, developers, and administrators, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Testing Strategy & Leadership:
* Define and govern the overall testing strategy for Maximo projects
* Develop test plans, schedules, entry and exit criteria, and quality gates
* Lead testing activities across SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and deployment validation testing
* Coordinate testing resources and manage testing deliverables across multiple workstreams
* Report testing status, risks, defects, and readiness metrics to project leadership
* Design and oversee creation of test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
* Ensure end-to-end business process coverage across Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory, Procurement, Scheduling, Mobile, and Reporting functions
* Validate requirements traceability from business requirements through test execution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
* Maximo certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management)
* 8+ years of software testing experience, including leadership of large enterprise testing programs
* 5+ years of Company Maximo experience
* Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, integration and data migration testing
* Experience with defect management and test management tools
* Experience with Maximo Application Suite versions 8.x and 9.x
* Strong understanding of Maximo business process and asset management operations
* Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in an Agile environment

Highly Desirable:
* ISTQB, Certified Tester, PMP or related professional certifications
* Understanding or experience with Maximo Application Suite architecture and its offerings (Monitor, Health, Predict, MVI, etc.)
* Utility, energy, and manufacturing or industrial experience
* Familiarity or experience with IBM Mobile implementation or exposure to IBM Mobile architecture
* Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
