Position Details: Document Specialist I- Minnetonka, MN Location : Minnetonka, MN 55345 Project Duration : 4+ Months of contract Shift Timing : 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon to Fri) Pay Rate : $27.50 per hour on W2

Job Description:

  • Entry-level candidates will perform paper audits, edits, filing, assembly of documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence. Maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological and/or subject filing system.
  • Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping of customs trade documents for imports or exports per CFR 15 and CFR 19.
  • The entry level candidate/role reports directly to an Export/Import Customs & Trade Compliance Supervisor.
