Job Description :

• Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of digital products/initiatives across their full lifecycle.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business goals.
• Lead and influence cross-functional, matrixed teams (technology, business, vendors) of up to 20+ resources.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, financial forecasts, and delivery governance for complex programs.
• Drive requirements, design, integration, testing, and release planning for enterprise systems.
• Perform impact analysis on existing technologies and processes to enable effective change.
• Act as the primary stakeholder communicator, clearly articulating the why and what of the product.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract management, renewals, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and third-party review requirements.
• Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams while promoting continuous improvement.
• Own the complete product delivery lifecycle from idea to implementation and post-release optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business and regulatory goals.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, business, operations, risk, and vendors.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, financial forecasting, and delivery governance for complex initiatives.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical solutions.
• Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar for backlog, roadmap, and delivery tracking.
• Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, ETL processes, Core banking systems, payment systems, regulatory platforms,
• CRM, data platforms, Agile, Scrum, SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), SQL basics, data flows, dashboards, KPIs, financial forecasting metrics
