Key Responsibilities: Strategic AI Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Executive Client Engagement: Serve as the primary AI evangelist and relationship owner for our most strategic government clients, building C-level trust in AI transformation
- AI Vision Development: Drive strategic planning for AI implementation across government agencies, aligning cutting-edge technology with organizational missions

Client Success & Stakeholder Management

Business Growth & Innovation
- Business Development: Lead proposal development and client presentations for competitive AI contracts, leveraging deep expertise to win transformational projects
- Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic AI partnerships to expand our capabilities and market reach
- Practice Evolution: Drive development of new AI service offerings based on market needs, emerging technologies, and client feedback

What We''re Looking For: Experience & Background
- 10+ years in public sector consulting with 3+ years in executive leadership (CIO, CTO, COO, or equivalent)
- Proven track record leading 3+ successful AI or machine learning implementation projects in government environments
- Deep expertise in AI technologies and their practical business applications
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and large-scale organizational transformation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Relevant industry certifications in AI, machine learning, or related domains
- Proven consulting experience with strong focus on client engagement and relationship management

Work Environment & Expectations
- Location: Sacramento, CA area - must reside within 60-90 miles of Sacramento, CA
- Hybrid Work Model: Regular onsite presence required at both our office and client locations throughout Northern California
- Dynamic Work Style: Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of AI innovation and responsive to time-critical project cycles
- Travel: Regular travel to client sites throughout the Sacramento region and California
