Summary

Monitors and tracks operational projects across multiple business units to ensure timely completion and compliance with contractual requirements. Conducts data analysis, auditing, and reporting to identify trends, maintain accuracy, and provide actionable insights for leadership and clients. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients to research and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and support the development of standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information, adheres to security policies, and demonstrates expertise across a variety of operational processes.

Your role in our mission

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research issues, gather data, and present findings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment while building positive working relationships.


What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Three or more years of experience in business process service delivery, preferably within an outsourcing environment
  • Experience working in Medicaid or other health insurance environments
  • Strong proficiency with personal computers and business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams


What you should expect in this role

  • Remote work with occasional travel to the Augusta, Maine facility
  • Standard work schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with limited flexibility as needed
  • Direct exposure to leadership and key operational workflows

The pay range for this position is $43,800.00 - $62,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
