Key Responsibilities:
- As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services, ensuring they meet production-ready quality standards.
- You will apply Generative AI models as part of the solution, which may include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.
- Engaging with multiple teams, you will contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.
- Design and implement innovative AI solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing AI models and systems for enhanced performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various applications.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on best practices in AI development.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technology to drive innovation.
- Advanced proficiency in AI Agents is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Large Language Model (LLM) Fine-Tuning is recommended.
***Role required onsite client work 60% (3 days per week) in Charlotte, NC or Dallas/Plano, TXBasic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of total IT experience
- 2-3 years of relevant skill experience in developing AI Agents and LLE modules
- Strong proficiency in Python and associated libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn)
- Experience working with large datasets, data modeling, and SQL
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision
- Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
