An SAP Implementation Trainer (also referred to as a Training Lead or Specialist) is responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of educational programs that enable users to navigate and utilize new SAP systems effectively during and after a global roll-out.

Training Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies, including role-based curriculums and timelines aligned with project milestones.
Content Development: Design and create high-quality training materials, such as user manuals, e-learning modules, and business process guides, often using tools like .
Delivery: Conduct engaging instructor-led training (ILT) sessions, workshops, or webinars for Super Users and End Users.
Environment Management: Coordinate with technical teams to set up and manage the SAP training landscape (e.g., "Sandbox" or "Golden Box") to provide hands-on practice.
Hypercare Support: Provide on-site or virtual post-deployment support (typically 2–4 weeks post-go-live) to assist users during the transition phase.
Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate session effectiveness through participant feedback and proficiency tests.
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
